Suitcase -- Before and After

Hello! Remember me? I know it's been awhile. I've been quite busy in real life as of late. I'm still unsure when I'll actually be back to blogging for realzies but I though I'd pop by with a before and after I did today. Before I get to that heres an update on what I've been up to (in case you actually wanted to know! haha) I have been working like crazy as usual but I've got another job! I'll be designing kitchens now. I haven't started yet but I'm a little excited. Some relationship changes happened (I wont bore everyone with that) for the better and I'm having so much fun and am so happy right now! YAY for changes!

Onto the before and after. I have quite the collection of suitcases that I find and mean to fix up but don't get to do it as much as I'd like. This one was pretty damaged on the bottom of the inside so I had to re-make the lining for it as well as the joining middle-piece. I painted a owl on the front for fun! Oh and the inspiration for my owl came from here.

  4. So happy to read about all the new and exciting changes that are going on in your life. Sounds like you are having lots of fun.
I love your suitcase. Now this is a suitcase I need for my trip to New York. It sure beats my boring green rolling suitcase. Even though my green suitcase's wheels help when my bag is too heavy to carry :)
Anyways I adore the lining and owl on your suitcase. Such unique vintage goodness.
