What's My Age Again?


Well guys... I turned a whole year older on Sunday. I originally wasn't going to do anything because most of my friends don't live in the same city as me anymore but people kept coming out of the woodwork wanting to hang out with me! One thing lead to another and I suddenly had places to be. First, I went to the birthday of another friend (the lovely lady on the right in that first pictures). Burt Reynolds were had by all. Which is half and half with captain morgan's and butterscotch schnapps. Mmmmmm. Later on we went to see my friend's band play and heckle him a bit. Let me tell you that trying to get camera settings right -- at night -- indoors -- while drinking -- is a difficult task! So the pictures are slightly blurry much like my night...


AND I won the Leyna Lightman necklace giveaway from Vickie of Adventures In Fashion . First giveaway I have ever won and it's on my birthday! So random!

    Happy birthday!!! This looks like a really fun night, it's definitely difficult to manage the settings while drinking/at night haha. I want a burt reynolds now, sounds delicious.

    In response to your comment on my blog (thanks!), I am super excited that they are opening a Famoso on Whyte this fall (because I am in that area). I've never heard of Brixx. I will have to look it up.. I love discovering new places around town! Edmonton seems so boring somedays, haha.
