Your eyes aren't deceiving you. No trick photography was used. The snow against our dining room doors is that high. There was once a deck beyond that door. You can see the remains of a railing. We're almost at waist high snow here, people!! It snowed a good foot last night and there expecting the same tonight. I was awoken to the sound of my phone going off with my manager telling me not to come in. I actually couldn't anyway. Somewhere in the driveway that is now M.I.A my car is parked. Buried alive. Poor little guy. Forgive me if I don't get out and get some outfit posts for a little bit. We have to dig our way out and it may take me awhile! (By the way, in true snow day fashion I am still in my pajamas. Hence the camera-shy-ness.)
So I leave you with a little video. I realize I am not winning an academy award for this one but it was a fun little experiment. When I buy a new camera (hopefully soon) I will try to make some decent videos. These are clips from our drive to Canmore. After about 4 hours you get a little bored in the car. At the very least you can listen to a good song if you watch it...
